We often struggle to connect with those who see the world differently, letting our differences become barriers instead of bridges. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Democracy Fitness offers a fun, dynamic way to build the core skills of “everyday democracy”—the social muscles that help us listen, understand, and collaborate across divides.


In this workshop, we’ll focus on strengthening our “Compromise” muscle. You’ll gain insight into your own problem-solving style and practice how to work effectively with people who approach issues differently. By training these essential skills, you'll invigorate your social energy, learn more about yourself, and explore diverse perspectives with curiosity.
