Jarislowsky Chair in Trust and Political Leadership, Professor of Political Studies at Trent University

Cristine de Clercy is the Jarislowsky Chair in Trust and Political Leadership, and Professor of Political Studies at Trent University in Peterborough, Canada. She is Professor Emerita in the Department of Political Science at Western University. A political scientist and one of Canada’s leading scholars in the study of leadership, her research focuses on political leadership, executive politics, democracy and populism.
