Professor of Peacebuilding and Technology, University of Notre Dame
Dr. Lisa Schirch is Richard G. Starmann Sr. Endowed Chair and Professor of the Practice of Peacebuilding and Technology at the University of Notre Dame’s Keough School of Global Affairs where she directs the Peacetech and Polarization Lab.  A former Fulbright Fellow in East and West Africa, Schirch is the author of eleven books, including  Social Media Impacts on Conflict and Democracy.
