Pat Tobin

Pat Tobin has spent 25 years in government and the not-for-profit sector working on cultural policy, newcomer integration, economic development and Indigenous issues. He is currently the General Manager of Economic Development and Culture for the City of Toronto overseeing a $100 million budget and 300 FTEs. Pat recently led efforts to create two new ten year strategic plans for Toronto on economic development and culture respectively; processes which were driven by deep resident engagement and consultation. He is a proud son of Scarborough and resident of Leslieville.
