Sonja Solomun is a Faculty Associate at the Max Bell School of Public Policy, and the Deputy Director of the Centre for Media, Technology and Democracy at McGill University.
Sonja is a 2022-2024 fellow at the Center for Technology and Democracy in Washington, D.C. She is also a Research Affiliate at the Data & Society Research Institute, and at the Center for Information, Technology, and Public Life (CITAP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). Sonja is also a Research Scholar at the Climate Social Science Network (CSSN) at Brown University. She is the Co-Founder of the Coalition for Critical Technology, and a founding member of the Platform Governance Research Network.
