Diane Roussin

Diane Roussin, BA, BSW, M.S.M., O.M., is an Anishinaabe social innovator, community leader, and proud member of Skownan First Nation. As president and CEO of Winnipeg Boldness, she leads efforts to transform systems affecting children and families by advancing Indigenous-led solutions grounded in self-determination, community knowledge, and collective well-being. Recognized with the Order of Manitoba and the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Medal, Diane is an internationally respected voice on Indigenous social innovation and systems change.
