How might Canada respond to shifting threats to our cultural, economic, and digital independence?

This interactive facilitated workshop brings participants together in small groups to identify emerging vulnerabilities across the four critical domains of sovereignty, cultural, economic, digital, and territorial. Using foresight tools and collaborative design methods, participants will have the opportunity to translate insights into bold design challenges and strategic proposals to strengthen democratic resilience in Canada. From diagnosing today’s pressures to imagining tomorrow's possibilities, participants will craft a Civic Sovereignty Charter for 2035 and develop provocative “design jailbreak” prompts that challenge assumptions and open new pathways for action.

Please note that registration for this workshop has reached capacity. As of March 6, registrants can only join the waitlist.

The Emerging Leaders Workshop is designed to equip changemakers with the skills, confidence, and networks to drive meaningful impact in their communities and beyond. Through real-world examples, mentorship, and interactive activities, participants will explore the evolving landscape of leadership.

Please note that registration for this workshop has reached capacity. As of April 8, registrants can only join the waitlist
