Hello and thank you for your interest in volunteering at DemocracyXChange 2026!


This year's DXC Summit will be taking place on April 16–18, at OCADU, TMU, and Université de l'Ontario français (UOF) in downtown Toronto.


Please fill out the form below to indicate your availability and confirm your spot as a volunteer at DXC26.


DemocracyXChange is Canada’s Democracy Summit, focused on connecting, celebrating and equipping people who are taking action to strengthen democracy and civil society. If you're passionate about democratic engagement, DXC26 is the perfect opportunity to get involved!


As a volunteer, you'll join a team dedicated to positive civic engagement, have access to networking opportunities with industry professionals, and gain valuable experience in event support.


Volunteer benefits include:

  • Free food during the conference

  • Free DemocracyXChange T-shirt

  • Free access to the conference ($75 value) (*5 hour volunteer commitment minimum)

  • A gift card as a token of our appreciation


Please note: all volunteers must attend (1) of the two volunteer training sessions, taking place on:

  • Monday, March 30th, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

  • Tuesday, March 31st, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
