Nora Young

Nora is senior technology reporter with CBC News, where much of her work currently focuses on artificial intelligence. She created and hosted Spark, an award-winning national technology show that ran for 17 seasons on CBC Radio, and as a podcast. Nora’s book, The Virtual Self, explores the explosion of our personal data, and the link between Big Data and technological change. As a journalist, author, and speaker, Nora focuses on the social impacts of technology, data ethics, and AI. Her favourite technology is her bicycle.
