Victoria Kuketz
2026 Obama Foundation Scholar
Victoria Kuketz is a 2026 Obama Foundation Scholar selected as one of 11 global interdisciplinary leaders at Columbia University’s World Projects, where she focuses on strengthening democracy by addressing polarization and building bridges between communities and public policy leadership through nonpartisan dialogue.
Her work is anchored in leading Far and Widening: The Rise of Polarization in Canada at the Public Policy Forum — the most systemic diagnostic of polarization in the country to date. Her career spans public policy, education, and corporate advisory across Canada, the United States, and Europe.
As Director of Corporate Engagement at Catalyst, she advised major corporations on Responsible AI, the future of work, and inclusive civic and corporate leadership, while building high-impact public–private partnerships with MaRS Discovery District, Elections Ontario, the Digital Research Alliance of Canada, and the Public Policy Forum.Â
Now, she is shifting from diagnosing societal divides to designing scalable trust-building frameworks.
